Today I met Robin Paynter, a librarian who has worked at the PSU library for about 4 years now. When asked why she became a librarian, Robin told be that she decided on it partly as an act of rebellion against the limited access to information during the Regan era. I liked that. She also told me she sees creepy/weird things in the library everyday but was pretty reserved and didnt really want to give specific examples. Robin feels like a solid library ally and was very pleasant.
